These Terms of Service are an agreement between Ghost in the Machine, LLC (“GitM”,

“we”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”). This agreement dictates your access to or use

of the GitM service, including its various websites, SMS, API’s, email notifications, and

any data, graphics, photos, information, text, or any other materials originated by GitM.

By accessing this service, you agree to abide by the given Terms of Service. If you do

not agree to these Terms, do not access the Service.

1. Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time and will notify

users of the GitM service upon modification. Your continued use of the service

after the modification constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

2. The Service

The GitM service will provide access to GitM’s research, algorithmic results,

thoughts, interpretations, theories, and opinions on the NBA and the NFL and the

betting markets surrounding them. The GitM service is provided for entertainment

purposes only. By using the GitM service you agree that we cannot and do not

promise outcomes of sporting events or any bets based on the service, and that

the decisions you make based on the information in the service are yours and

yours alone and GitM is not responsible for the consequences of any of those

decisions. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (I)

copying, distributing, or sharing any part of the Service in any medium, (II)

Sharing information so that multiple people are able to access the same paid

account (III) Harvesting or collecting personal data in any capacity from the GitM

service, (IV), Misrepresenting your identity or conducting fraud, (V) Bypassing

measures GitM may use to restrict access to the service

We may without notice change or stop providing the GitM service to you or users

generally or create additional usage limits for the service. We may also terminate

or suspend users at any time.

3. Payment

You must create an account and provide payment to access the GitM service. If

payment cannot be charged to your card for any reason, we reserve the right to

change any fees that we charge or institute additional costs.

4. Third Party Sites

We may, through the GitM service, provide links to third party sites. These are for

informational and entertainment purposes only, and we are not responsible for

the content of these websites.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

No right, title, or interest in any content, data, or materials is transferred to you as

a result of your use of the GitM service

6. Liability

Neither party will be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential

damages, or lost profits, that may arise in connection with the terms. GitM’s

liability arising out of the terms will not exceed the amount actually paid to GitM

under the terms.
